SZOPly is an e-commerce analytics platform for Shoper and WooCommerce stores. It automatically syncs your orders, customers, and products — then gives you a complete dashboard with AI-powered insights, forecasts, and campaign lists.
Which platforms do you support?expand_more
Currently Shoper and WooCommerce. PrestaShop and BaseLinker are coming soon. Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console are also supported as data enrichment integrations.
Is my data safe?expand_more
Yes. SZOPly uses AES-256 encryption, stores data on EU servers (OVH France), and is fully GDPR compliant. The connection uses a read-only API — we cannot modify anything in your store, and your data is never shared with third parties.
Do I have to give SZOPly my store password?expand_more
No. SZOPly connects via the official Shoper or WooCommerce API using API keys you generate in your store panel. It's read-only — we analyze data, we don't change it.
How long does the first sync take?expand_more
Registration and connecting your store takes about 2 minutes. The first full sync (customers, orders, products) takes a few to several minutes depending on store size. After that, syncs run automatically.
What is SZOPly AI?expand_more
SZOPly AI generates plain-language reports from your store data — daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly. You can also ask it questions in a chat interface: "Why did my sales drop in March?" It answers based on your actual data, not generic examples.
Can I cancel anytime?expand_more
Yes, anytime, no fees or penalties. You keep access until the end of the paid period. After cancellation your account switches to the Free plan — no data is lost.
Is there a free trial?expand_more
Yes — 14 days of the Premium plan, no credit card required. After the trial you drop to the Free plan automatically. You can upgrade at any point.
Is SZOPly available in English?expand_more
The marketing site and documentation are available in English and Polish. The app panel is currently in Polish, with an English version coming soon. Contact us if you have specific needs.
